Please take a few minutes to review our “Terms and Conditions” thoroughly before using our website and placing an order as it contains pertinent information.

Persons under the age of 19 are not permitted to use our site. By accessing our website, you have confirmed that you are 19 years of age or older.

It is with great pride and passion that we, at Insalata Cannabis Market, have carefully curated some of the highest quality cannabis products available in the market.  We have done so with you, our customers, in mind.

By using our website, you agree to our “Terms and Conditions”. If you do not agree with and abide by these “Terms and Conditions”, you may not access or use this website.

Insalata’s online cannabis store via Dutchie

Our online “Click and Collect” cannabis store is powered by Dutchie, a third-party web-based platform and technology service provider with headquarters based in the United States.  We provide our “Click and Collect” service through their website (www.dutchie.com).  When you purchase cannabis from our “Click and Collect” feature, you acknowledge that our online cannabis store is provided via the internet and that your information, relevant to the transaction, may be sent across international borders and stored or processed in the United States or any country in the world.

We encourage you to review Dutchie’s “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy” to ensure you understand them before you engage in any and all transactions on our online store. Insalata is not responsible and won’t be held liable for the “Terms of Service”, “Privacy Policies” and practices of Dutchie.  Insalata does not warrant and is not liable for any harm, damages or subsequent losses related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made using the Dutchie platform.

Age Policy

  • You must be 19 or older to make a purchase from Insalata. During the order process we verify that you are of legal age and will abide by our “Terms and Conditions”

Order Verification

  • We verify all “Click and Collect” online orders. When you come in store to pick up your items, we require that you to bring:
    1. your personal ID that matches the name on the order
    2. the credit card you used to pre-pay your online purchases

We do this to ensure all orders are handed to the right customer and protect our respective interest.

Payment Policy

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Debit Credit cards for online orders. The card must be yours and brought in when you come to the store to pickup your order.
  • We do not accept Email Money Transfers (EMT), Paypal or Cryptocurrencies for online orders.
  • You may only place orders using your own credit card. You cannot make purchases on behalf of someone else including family members, partners and spouses

We keep all your payment information safe and confidential using industry standard policies.

Pricing

  • Our prices are reflected in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes. Taxes will be added at the checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and we hold the discretion to cancel an item if it is mispriced.

Our prices displayed online are the same as our prices in store, excluding in store exclusive promotions.

Inventory

  • While we do our best to ensure our online inventory is reflective of our in-store inventory, it may differ. In the event we are sold out of a product we will contact you to find a suitable replacement. If the order has already been prepaid, we will refund any missing items in the event we can’t find a suitable replacement. Feel free to call us in store to verify inventory levels should you have any concerns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any and all orders we deem as suspicious. Examples include if we fear the purchase is fraudulent, being bought on behalf of a minor, placed by people who appear to be reselling the products, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to deny any future purchases with the same payment information, address or customer account name.

In the event that we chose to cancel an order that has been prepaid, we will refund the amount to the original card used at the time the purchase was made.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, for health reasons, cannabis and cannabis related products cannot be returned once they have left the store so be sure to verify your order with us before leaving.
  • However, we will happily exchange Insalata merchandise up to 7 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.  Items must be unused, and in the original packaging.  Sale items are final and will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund based on your original method of payment.
  • While we understand that unfortunately from time to time packages may have the wrong quantity, or missing product we do not do any in store refunds or exchanges but will gladly assist you in contacting the OCS or Licensed Producer to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Shipping/Delivery

  • Based on current regulatory restrictions, we are not able to offer shipping or delivery. Should those restrictions be lifted in the future, we will update our website accordingly.
